Helles brewing is the epitome of German brewing, there’s good brewing and then there’s helles brewing. Nothing short of perfection is the goal of making this Bavarian lager. The brewer must strive for the most sublime balance of subtle, rich, elegant maltiness and lingering, hoppiness. In this version we’ve used locally sourced hops to add a little terroir to this quintessentially German beer.

Flavour
Perfectly balanced with an elegant maltiness and restrained floral and citrus hop notes.

Aroma
Restrained floral notes full of freshly zested lime and orange marmalade.
