Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar)

Lion Real Ale is a malty, amber/brown coloured beer with a balanced harmony of Crystal and Black malt and hops to create a full-bodied, malt accented flavour. Brew with 1kg Black Rock Liquid Brewing Sugar (or 1kg of dextrose) for a crisper finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1.7kg Black Rock Amber unhopped malt extract instead of sugar.
