Icon Liqueur Shamrock Cream

Just add alcohol and water and Icon Cream Liqueur Base.

Add the contents of Icon Cream Liqueur Base and 210mls of water to a 750ml bottle.

Shake until dissolved.

Add contents of pouch then top up with vodka or filtered alcohol at 40% ABV.
