The first fast Turbo yeast developed and gives high yields
For 24 hour fermenting.
First add 21L of water at 35°c to your fermenter.
Then add 6 kgs of sugar, mix well until fully dissolved.
Finally add contents of the Alcotec 24 Hour Turbo Yeast sachet.
Leave to ferment at 20-30°c, best is 25°c.
Ready in 24 hours!
For 25 Litre brews.
